Friday, September 03, 2010 04:03 am CT GARY -- A Schererville truck driver died early Wednesday when a tractor-trailer struck him as he walked across the Steel City Truck Stop parking lot at 3101 Grant St. Jovan Beric, 39, was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:45 a.m., a spokesman for the Lake County coroner said.
